- Home Visits - these are available, and made at the discretion of the individual doctor, as social and/or medical needs dictate. To further advise you, we have details of these on the notice boards in the Surgery waiting rooms, and it is also detailed on the home page of The Bombala Street Surgery website, www.bombalastreetsurgery.com
- After Hours Service - details of after hours services' are shown on the notice boards in the Surgery, and if you ring the surgery after hours the phone messaging service details the Surgery's after hours service. Again, information of this is shown on the home page of the surgery website. Please note: there is the option to call Health Direct 1800 022 222, a government-funded service which provides health advice 23 hours a day/7 days a week. For further information about this government service, please visit www.healthdirect.gov.au
- Seeing the Doctor of your choice - where possible we try to accommodate each patient's request. However there are times throughout the year when; a particular doctor may close their books to new patients, or your preferred doctor may be booked out or even on leave. The Bombala Street Surgery will endeavour to fit you in an appointment with a doctor if your preferred doctor is not available, we understand that patients like to see their regular doctor however at times it is not always possible, and all doctors at The Bombala Street Surgery will strive to assist you with your medical needs.
